It doesn’t have to be wearable. Most art doesn’t have a practical use. I think this a fantastic way of recycling something that many people have. And isn’t that the whole point of recycling? taking something that you no longer have a need or use for and turning it into something else?
Why are you on this site if you don’t understand recycling??
