Joanne Migneault is the artistic director of Boulev’art Valley Gatineau. Boulev’Art theValley is an independent non-profit community organization whose mission is to provide mental health services in the territory of “Vallée-de-la-Lièvre”. The organization aims to promote mutual aid, support and empowerment of adult clients with a collective work entitled “It’s one and always the next step that counts “. This was created by using a huge quantity of old shoes from men, women and children given by the people of the community.
