Tyre Planter

This tyre plant pot was created using a discarded old car tyre which I cut into the top side and then with some extra help it was then turned inside and transformed into this egg cup shape. This shape can only be made when the tyres metal wheel is intack. Painted and planted and ready for its retyrement.

We had these in the front garden in the 70’s, I think they did them on Blue Peter. Happy memories!

“tyre?” Is that the same thing as a tire? Is that a British spelling or something?? Either way, cute idea.

…ok…how about “intack” rather than “intact”? Is that British or just misspelled??
