Landlord-compliant Wallpaper from Recycled Toy Bubble Capsules

After learning that our landlord didn’t allow us to paint or hang pictures on our apartment walls, my sweetheart and I searched for an antidote to our boring white walls. We found visual inspiration in three boxes of hundreds of discarded plastic toy vending machine capsules, and created our own landlord-compliant wallpaper alternative. Here’s how we did it.

Brilliant idea! Where did the capsules come from? What method was used to affix fishing line from moulding? BTW…Command Strip fasteners can be used to hand artwork without nailing into the wall or marring the painted drywall. They are terrific if you are worried about the landlord’s restrictions.
