Upholstery Patch Dress

Utilising some Robert Allen upholstery samples, purchased from a recycle center for $1, a thrifted dress pattern, lining and a reclaimed zip, I’ve made a patchwork dress.
I used leftover cut away patches to sew a fabric flower, backed with eco-fi kunin felt, and hair grips, so that I can either wear it in my hair, or on a band around my waist.

I love the idea and fabrics are pretty. I would have liked to see it nicely pressed, however, to smooth all the seams and give it a polished look. Nice use of materials !
