Garden with umbrella made from renovation leftovers

Dutch designer Fred Peerdeman created this umbrella like structure in my garden. All shapes are circles and curves. The materials are all left overs of previous renovation work in the house. The fence is made of old floor parts and the planks of the previous classic fence. The umbrella gives you the feeling that the garden is now a cosy room instead of a dull square garden. Behind the curved fence is now room to hide things like dustbins, wheelbarrows and the like. So besides being nice it is also very functional. The paving is made of left over stones found around the house.
