Recycled/Repurposed Giraffe Sculpture

This sculpture is scrap paper and cloth mache over a reclaimed pallet wood armature. With the exception of the faux craft fur accents, the entire piece is made of repurposed materials. Even the paint is left over interior latex, tinted with acrylics. The sculpture is approximately 6 feet (1.8m) long, mounted in an old dresser drawer painted to look like a travel trunk on the outside and the scenic Serengeti on the inside.
