We Drink a lot of Coffee up here in the Great North Wet, and a bit of Merlot also. So, what do we do with the empties? We use our skills in thinker and tinker and build our own solar powered solar system. What you see here is some old empty coffee cans, wine bottles, an old buzz saw blade, some rusty gas pipe, a ceiling light fixture, a sauce pan lid and some cheap solar path lights upcycled into what you see here.
About Randy Morris
I have always thought of myself as a fabricator and a tinker. But an artist, not so much... My passion for all things mechanical came from building my own bicycles as a kid. I also drew inspiration from hanging around my uncles junk store, motorcycle shops and eventually from cruising the hills and deserts around my home town of Sylmar (California) and exploring the wind farms of Tehachapi, the gold mines and the old airports. Much of my experience with fabrication and tinkering was born from the need to be self - reliant but it was also influenced by my motorcycle automotive and aircraft experience.
