Diy Video Tutorial: Upcycled Deck Board Step Stool

I made this Single Upcycled Deck Board Step Stool with one 3′ longboard, a few screws, and some wood glue. That’s it! You’ll end up with a nice step stool that you can stain, paint, or finish any way you choose.

My DIY Video Tutorial will show you how to make this Single Deck Board Step Stool!

I’ll walk you through how we made this nice simple step stool. If you need a taller step stool, scale it up one inch at a time. You can build this project in just a few hours, and you don’t have to be a master carpenter to do it! Beginners should definitely give this project a try. For me, it was a confidence builder. Go out and find an old, thick pallet deck board and get started. These stools make great gifts, too!
