This project cost almost nothing! You will need a clean tuna can, a plastic bottle (1 liter) and some concrete. You will use the tuna can as a mold to pour the concrete in. After cutting bottom and top of the bottle, you will stick the concrete into it. Once the concrete is dry, you take off the tuna can, and you can place your pencils into the bottle.
