My name is Olivia Jane Riley and I am a second year Fashion Design student at Birmingham City University.I am a hard working, creative individual with an innovative personal style and enthusiasm for my work. I take pride in working to a brief and to a deadline whilst focusing on an imaginative outcome. I enjoy experimenting with new ideas and concepts, and strive to learn new things. I credit myself for my organisational skills and good time keeping abilities.
Before my Degree I completed a Level 4 foundation diploma in Art & Design with Distinction grade.
In the past I have completed work experience internships at Monsoon Accessorize (Buying) and White Stuff (Buying & Designing) which helped me gain first hand knowledge of the fashion industry.
I Have also written Fashion articles for the University magazine 'The Scratch', taken part in collaboration projects with other students and This year I have taken it upon myself to be the Fashion Representative for the 3D Design Society.
