I am Re'em Eyal, an Architect (who mainly plan public and residential buildings) and a Lighting designer. I spend 4 days working in my office, and the rest of the week working in my studio, designing lamps and furniture. I love the combination between designing huge buildings, and crafting lamps in a much smaller scale. I have studied architecture at Bezalel, Academy for Arts and Design, in Jerusalem. I was in a student exchange program, in Germany a few years ago. It was then when I got to know the beauty and wonders of the flea markets. I moved by nostalgic vintage objects, they warm the cockles of my heart. I find those lovely objects at flea markets such as in Berlin, Hungary and Tel Aviv.
