I enjoy making new things from discarded or salvaged items. My husband dubbed me Starved Raccoon because as he said, "You dig in the trash like a starved raccoon!" Well, I don't exactly dig in the trash but I do find things on walks with my dog. Friends clean out their closets or garages and save unique, things of interest for me. I find new ways to use old things.
