My name is Alessandra, I live in a small town in Italy. I begin my artistic career with figurative painting, until my personal growth led me to experiment new techniques, finding in abstract and textured painting a new way to communicate my mood and feelings.

I use different materials such as impasto, paper or fabric and it is really the approach with the various materials that it makes me discover the world of creative recycling. Any kind of waste can be turned into art and that's how I decided to give a new life to the hubcaps abandoned by the side of the road, turning them from anonymous waste to unique and original articles of furniture.

I paint pushed by instinct and passion. Mixing the colors with brushes and palette knives, I can transform my emotions into something tangible and that can be admired. It makes me happy to think about the people who have some of my paintings hanging on the walls in their homes, knowing that they have chosen them for the emotions that they express.
