I have been making wall planters from recycled steel I get at the scrap yard and decided to take it one step further and use some old car junk I had. I cut and bent the license plate into a “pocket” and made flowers out of old faucet handles and an antenna. The chain is welded on as are the flowers. I didn’t weld the license plate on. I was afraid I would weld it into a puddle so I drilled holes and used nuts and bolts to attach it. It took more time to complete than I thought because of the heaviness of the chain and the oil on it that created a little flame!
