I bought 2 old oak doors , remove the old paint and build a head-board with inside shelves.
The main steps were :
- Remove the paint from doors,
- Remove a part of each door in order to make them symetrical
- Add a MDF board below each door to increase their height
- Assemble the whole furniture with glue and dowels (no screws)
- Paint it with a beautiful Farrow And Ball paint !
