Repurposed Clocks Made from the Parts and Pieces of Old Mechanical Machines

I needed a tape dispenser while in the barn and decided just to make one. That was an interesting small project. I also bought an old busted up a typewriter at an estate sale at about the same time. I took it all apart down to the last nut and bolt, which left me with a lot of building material much like those old Erector Sets. So I started to see what I could assemble, and clocks and tape dispensers seemed like a natural use of theses parts. I’ve been selling the items I make at a few local craft shows and my pieces are in some of the area galleries.
