Upcycled Rubbish Bears

I started making these Upcycled Rubbish Bears out of old coats from charity shops because I could not afford the fabric. I loved the idea of making little bears, but wanted to do it within a budget!

Rubbish Bears: From potato chip bags to upcycled clothing - Budget-friendly fun!

Then I was asked to make a few memory bears for friends. I then wondered if I could sew plastic and then potato chip packets and then paper. I now make bears out of most things to keep myself busy when my physical disability holds me back. I sew bears on the bus and while in the hospital.

Here's an easy pattern with step-by-steps to make your own upcycled Teddy Bear...or other critters!
