I have seen a lot of these toilet paper tube wreaths on Pinterest and I wanted to make one of my own. It was pretty straightforward, but I did have to figure out a way to make the design hold its round shape. I am not sure how other folks have done it, but I found that a wire hanger worked for me. It went together pretty fast with the help of my trusty glue gun. Happy Holidays and Happy Upcycling.
