Cardboard Cactuses For Your Home Decor

I moved into a new house with a small South facing conservatory. It was looking a bit bare and could do with some greenery.

Unfortunately, I’m rubbish at looking after house plants successfully. I usually kill them within a year. Plus the fact, in Summer it can reach temperatures up to 40 degrees Celsius in there.

So I decided to make some some that didn’t require any care or water. The small succulent plants are pinecones painted green.

Materials: Cereal packet card, corrugated cardboard “mache”, adhesive and acrylic paint.
