Ottoman from Old Belts

I made this one-of-a-kind piece by weaving together old belts, and attaching them to a wooden coffee table frame. The result is strong enough to use as a bench, but I like to use it as an ottoman.

I fastened the belts to the underside of the frame using wood screws and washers. For a clean look, I used epoxy to attach the loose belt ends to the underside of the frame.

Weaving old belts into seats is an age-old DIY tradition. I had a blast making my own contemporary version. Let me know what you think!
