I chose an interesting area on a bubbly soda can and cut it out with regular scissors. I sanded the edge a bit and lightly drew the outlines of the shapes with a pencil. I embossed the shapes on a piece of foam sheet with an embossing tool (art supplies) from the back. On some of them, I also sanded the raised bubbles lightly to remove the paint and bring out the silver color underneath. Finally, I punched a small hole through it with an awl and attached it to an earring loop. I used a latch closure because these are so lightweight that I was afraid to lose them.
