Sofa Away

This work is the result of exploring new ways to reuse paper. The base is made reusing a wood pallet, the structure is made braiding paper, and it also contains reused paper to fill the inside. Presented in the Salone Satellite 2011 (Milano), the Sofa Away is far away from the conventional ways to create furniture. This piece is not only an art work and a functional object, it is also an statement that shows the power of reused paper as an structural and decorative material.
