Ban The Phone Books already !!! Living in NYC we received several deliveries each year. Most shipments contained more than double the books than apartments in the building. During the next week the entire shipment would end up still shrink wrapped on the curb for garbage pick-up. On my block alone there were enough Yellow Books to build a house (no joke) and that occurred at least twice yearly. Now imagine how many un-opened books were distributed and recycled in all 5 boros of NYC much less the rest of America. It’s just wasteful and stupid. Thanks for caring.
