Not sure where you live, but here in Victoria pallets are advertised for free from a variety of places.

Wanda, you get on craigslist and fins some pallets for free. Or go to businesses, like Lowes, Home Depot, even some supermarkets and ask for them. We just got close to 50 pallets for free in a matter of 3 days.
