This is a “What If” Scarf so the story goes like this. What if I created my own scarf that was pretty, individual and quirky? What if my scarf was created with colours that popped? What if I used a t-shirt, cardigan and a secret fabric? Sounds great! I think that I will try and turn my vision into a reality. It can be a scarf, a shawl, or a cowl. It will lift the plainest of outfits and it costs next to nothing to make.
